- Please list out as many features & benefits for your product/service as possible.

- Gives step by step instructions on how to repair credit.
- Provides form letters to send to the various credit bureaus.
- What is the main differential point (USP) or selling angle (the main one)?
- Psychology is paramount in copywriting, what selling angles or emotions can we tap into?
- For example: Someone with high blood pressure feels stressed, scared, fearful, worried, guilty, etc. What type of emotions do your prospects/customers feel – which we can tap into?
- Summarize in a few short sentences what you offer customers.
- Example: “We offer a comprehensive and well-researched report on credit bureaus and a how to instruction book on credit repair. “
- Do you have customer testimonials? If so, can you send them to us?
- Do you know of competitor sites or products? If so, can you list them for us? Plus, if there is one major competitor that the market raves about, notify me which competitor that is – and why you feel they are so successful…
- Is there a lead-in story concerning this product/service that is compelling that causes empathy with the prospects? If so, please share this with me. Often times, a phone conversation with us helps if you have a compelling story that ties in with the project.
- A reason why you decided to offer/sell this product and service is often quite compelling.
- For example: “I decided to provide this product at a deep discount to celebrate 5 years in business!”
- Tell us about your target market, your customers… What do they like, hate, and rave about?
- What are your prospects largest frustrations with other products similar to yours – in the marketplace?
- Will your customers get instant access or a shipped product?
- What is your guarantee, if you have one?
- What is the “sense of urgency” or “scarcity” for your prospects?
- For example: This product is only available to the next 100 customers, etc
- Are there any bonuses? If so, can you list them in detail and their benefits?
- Can you provide details of your personal credibility that lends to your project?
- Is there any additional information that would be useful for us to know?
